do you noe wat is today?? well.. let me tell u.. today is the day when me, joanna tay, did something crazy in school..

haha.. i guess most of u readin this post should noe wat im talkin about.. well.. today's assembly, there was 6 SAF guys who were invited to perform for the jc 2s.. one of them was a former pioneer.. anyway.. they were an acappella group and they wanted 2 volunteers on stage.. one guy and one gal.. well.. because one of the member's nickname was 'joanna tay'.. similar to mine.. my class ppl shouted my name and i was asked to go on stage.. i couldn't believe tt i actually went up.. really crazy..

and guess wat we were supposed to do??? sing! S-I-N-G! sing! haha.. the guy sang first... he was very funny.. he wanted to sing hokkien song la!! anyway.. when it was my turn.. i sang 'where i belong'.. it was the only song which i can rmb the lyrics.. to my surprise.. i sang ok i guess.. and was not being booed from the audience! tt's the worst nightmare any performer could get.. i thank you pioneer peers for the applaud.. hee.. i was so nervous!! nvr perform on the stage for quite sometime le.. so haha.. very nervous..

anyway.. my gals said i sang well and i got alot of recognition from friends of other classes.. haha.. the gals said it was my first step to stardom.. haha.. hopefully ba.. if i cannot do well in studies.. i got sth else to back up.. :p.. anyway.. tt's my crazy thing done today..

well.. it's my dream.. or can i sae nightmare.. it was last night's dream and i can still vividly remember.. i think it's sth like i got married to someone whom i noe.. it's kinda freaky.. cuz somehow i noe it's impossible yet not sure y the link to this person.. weird..

anyway.. yesterday was my first driving lesson!! woohoo~~ haha.. was quite nervous and excited.. had a mild headache.. haha.. got to drive the car.. but didn quite manage to meet the instructor's target for me.. hmm.. nvm la.. first time ma.. i'll buck up.. i promise.. i got to drive around the circuit.. haha.. initially.. it was not bad.. but after a few rounds.. i got nervous and had trouble changing gears, stoppin and coordination.. my view was quite bad oso.. the instructor felt tt i was only concentrating on wat's in front of me.. well.. i cant help it.. was so scared la.. haha... but it was a nice experience.. i've to plan my schedule soon.. cuz the instructor sae should not huv to many breaks.. and since 'a' levels coming.. i've to plan my time well if im goin to continue learnin.. which i will.. haha..

well.. months are passing very fast.. everytime when children choir comes.. it means another month has come and gone.. sunday's children choir was ok.. as usual.. but we didn huv any boys.. haha.. all gals.. anyway.. the children choir will be singing again this sunday cuz it's children's day mass..

on sat, it was pjclsw's outing day.. to celebrate cecilia's belated bdae.. haha.. i was the only one to lie to her the most! she wanted to meet b4 the gatherin time at town.. but i told her i couldn't make it.. y?? of cuz i nvr tell her la.. only told her on sat.. y?? cuz on sat morning, i had to meet shining and wileen to go buy her present~!! hee.. had to tell her a lie mah.. so can give her a surprise..

then.. when we met.. we didn gave her the present yet.. it was until when we were takin neoprints then alas! we took it out and it was in the photo.. hehe.. but she sae she saw the bag hiding in shining's bag liao.. so the element of surprise was not quite there.. haha.. there was the superband's autograph session at far east so we went off after the neoprints.. the host, saw us standin at the neoprint shop and thought tt we were after the superband and disturbing the shop.. haha.. she kept repeating her point tt 'pls do not stand at ppl's shop.. as it causes disturbance.. ' and she was lookin at us.. of cuz.. we ignored her as we were waitin for our neoprints to be printed.. lol.. so funny lor..

we went shoppin around and after tt, we went plaza singapura for dinner... had manhanttan.. well.. it was not tt nice as we first try it.. so.. ok la.. couldn't finished the portion me and cecilia shared.. haha... left alot of rice.. and chips.. hee..

thn.. home sweet home.. cuz very tired le ma.. walk for quite long le.. shining and wileen took their train and the remaining 4 went to walk the new dhoby link.. not many shops open so just walk and see.. i wanna go buy the vcds!! 2 box set for $50!! im contemplating.. cuz i might wanna get my aunt to buy for me from china.. cheaper ma.. hehe..

ok.. im back if u'r waitin for sth new..

it's the midst of prelims now.. thought i grabbed hold of the key to success.. but yesterday's chem paper 3 and maths paper 2 today really demoralised me.. i dun wanna fail again.. i thought i had great improvement.. or would huv made improvement.. but i realise i've not quite improved as much as i wanted..

studies aside.. nth much interesting is happenin.. just tt i had a dream about world war 2 yesterday.. weird.

watchin a new korean show.. 'my girl'.. not bad.. very funny.. jin sanshun finally over le... finally can get to bed at 10pm.. nowadays cannot tahan till late hours..

wats more.. ermm.. i think im gettin fatter.. well.. this has been happenin ever since i stopped trgs in the begginnin of the yr ever since i injured my knee.. well.. my knee is still not fully recovered ba.. it does not feel like b4.. sian.. watever action i wanna do wif my legs.. i'll consider seriously b4 doin so.. k la.. nth much le.. all the best for everyone who's havin their exams.. lucks to all..

hmm.. gg to church soon.. just wanted to sae.. watched a show yesterday w/o commercial break.. so very shiok.. the show is quite nice oso.. made me teared.. quite touching.. it's sth about 'ya-ya sisterhood'.. cast by sandra bullock and got the actress who acted as professor mcgonagal (hee.. i dunno how to spell) in harry potter series..

hmm.. my eye is better now.. went to the doctor just now.. a specialist.. opthamologist.. i think sth like tt la.. it's damn expensive la!! $151.20! $60 for 1st time consultation, $60 for removin the foreign particle found, $31.20 for two small bottles of eye drops..

well.. better then havin a swollen and teary eye.. my parents are rather fumed of the price though.. i guess becuz it's a specialist.. it's more expensive.. they are also thinkin tt hospital would have been cheaper.. but.. they forgot tt hospital unit oso considered specialist.. haiz..

so.. conclusion.. doctor earns alot.

the doctor said tt there's a wound on my cornea now due to the removal of the particle.. it feels ok just now.. but now.. it seems like there's another particle inside.. cuz it feels as if the particles not removed.. haiz.. im so scared.. cuz if my parent knew this, they would be cursin the doctor.. but.. anyway.. i hope tt the sting is due to the wound..
